End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Your Company Name for the use of the SaaS Product (“Product”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Product.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Product.

- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Product.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Product and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the sole property of Licensor. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Product.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession or control.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
